Five Swimsuit Fashion Tips For Different Body Types

Women have different body types so what looks good on one may not look good on the other. Just because you don't have that hourglass figure, doesn't mean you can't wear bikinis anymore. Here are some swimwear tips that will help find the perfect suit for you.

1. Poorly defined waist and small hips. Keep in mind that not everybody is gifted so there will always be those women who consider their waist and hips as their problem area. To deal with this, boyleg shorts as a bottom will surely do the trick because this will help create or add curves. Also a bikini bottom with ties, ruffles, rings, bows and belts will surely have that curving effect. If want to go for printed suits, choose those with light and fine prints.

2. Top heavy. The size of your bust is already enough to command attention. Of course, it is only natural for you to divert that attention to another area especially when you are out on the beach. You can choose bikini tops that have large and bold prints because these can help disguise the size of your bust. Also, when picking bikini tops always go for the haltered tops with wide straps. If you want adequate support, pick a bikini top with an underwire or use a sports top. Bandeau, mini triangle bikini tops should be avoided because not only will this draw attention, it doesn't provide enough support and coverage.

3. Small busts. This is the opposite of what was previously mentioned. We all know how people consider women with big busts sexy. Probably one of the many reasons why women with smaller busts tend to be self conscious. That shouldn't be a problem because all they have to do is to find that bikini top that will fit them and help create an illusion of a bigger bust. A padded bikini top will surely add boost to your chest area along with ruffles and runches. In addition, women with smaller busts look good in mini triangle bikini tops, strapless or bandeau bikini tops.

4. Bulging stomach. Some women prefer not to wear two piece suits simply because their abdominal area is rather big. In addition, they find it embarrassing to wear a bikini with a bulging stomach. To solve this problem, a printed suit with a dark colored base should do the trick. Huge floral prints and designs are enough to distract attention. Horizontal stripes are a big no-no because this can add more width to the midsection. Women with midsection trouble can always opt to wear tankinis. One thing they should keep in mind though, the tankini top should be long enough to end just above the shorts and not midway through the midsection.

5. Full rear. Bikini bottoms with large prints and dark colors can have a slimming effect. You can also wear skirted bikini bottoms. Boy shorts, ruffled bikini bottoms are a big no-no because wearing these types can make your rear look a lot bigger rather than making it look smaller.
